What’s changing

✨ The BMC Coaching Community is moving from Circle to Skool

✨ The new community is called BMC Max Collective

Our goal is simplicity: fewer platforms, cleaner organization, easier access.

Circle worked well for a long time, but Skool gives us a better foundation for where the community is headed. 🚀

The most important change

The BMC Max Collective is becoming FREE ➡️ with a requirement 😉

Instead of paying a monthly fee forever, you now have the option to earn free access by hitting one clear milestone.

👏 Make 3 sales through BMC Max.

That’s it.

✅ Any ACTIVE BMC Max brand
✅ Any approved video from any job
✅ One-time requirement
✅ No ongoing minimums

Once you hit 3 total BMC Max sales, your community subscription is turned off and you keep access for as long as the community exists.

There is no monthly sales requirement after that.

Important context

You are NOT doing unpaid work to earn access.

💰️ You are paid for every approved BMC Max video
💰️ You earn commissions on sales
💰️ The “3 sales” requirement sits on top of what you’re already earning

You’re getting paid while earning access — not the other way around.

When does this start?

It started yesterday, January 5th, 2026.

BMC Max Sales made before the announcement do not count.

Do I have to pay $99 for Skool?

It depends:

If you want access immediately:
You can join Skool at $99/month and stop paying once you hit 3 sales.

If you don’t want to pay upfront:
You can use BMC Max for free, make 3 sales, then unlock Skool access without paying.

What if I’m already paying for the Academy or Legends?

You can stay on your current plan or earn free access by making 3 BMC Max sales.

Legends members can receive a prorated refund once they hit 3 sales. You will also be automatically added to the Skool Group if your Legends membership is active.

Our Support team will help move you and will take a few business days.

What if I don’t want to do BMC Max jobs?

That’s okay. You can stay on a paid subscription and remain in the current community in Circle until we officially close it.

What if I don’t do TikTok Shop?

You can remain on your current subscription.
BMC Max is optional — it’s simply the path to free access to BMC Max Collective.

Do I need to make 3 sales every month?

No. This is a one-time requirement.

Do sales from any brand count?

Yes, as long as:
✅ It’s a BMC Max job
✅ You’re using the BMC tracking links

Any sale from any brand will count. For example: 1 sale from Brand A + 2 sales from Brand B = 3 Sales ✅

What if I don’t see jobs in my account?

All jobs are GMV-based. Everyone will always see a matching pre-approved job.

Lower-GMV creators may need to complete XP jobs first to unlock paid jobs.

I have 5 TikTok Shop Accounts, can I consolidate my sales from them?

No. 1 TikTok Shop Account = 1 BMC Max Account.

Your 3 sales must come from 1 single account. If you want to use a new account, you will need a new BMC Max account for it as well. Treat them separately.

I’m not yet approved in Creator Roster so I can’t access BMC Max - what do I do?

BMC Max is currently located inside Creator Roster platform.

If you are not approved yet, that means you have very low GMV or low quality videos. We regularly review pending applications to the platform so make sure your video quality is high even if your GMV is low. We appreciate creators working hard with quality videos because we know GMV will eventually follow.

I’m confused about my Academy subscription — what should I do?

That’s normal.

Everyone is in a different situation (monthly, annual, new, returning).
Our support team is handling transitions this week.

You can simply say: “I need help getting set up on Skool.”

When will things feel settled again?

This week is focused on:
• Moving everyone into Skool
• Cleaning up subscriptions
• Getting calls back on schedule

Once the transition is complete, things will feel much more normal again.

Final note

This is a big change and big changes can feel uncomfortable at first.

But the intention here is simple:
🤝 Less pressure
🤝 More flexibility
🤝 A community model that rewards creators instead of locking them in
