Try this script (it works like magic):
"Really? Tell me more! Which product did you get? What specifically didn't you like?"
Spoiler alert: 9 out of 10 times they'll ghost because... plot twist... they never bought anything!

Pay attention to how the creator shows genuine shock at the size, immediately compares it to something familiar, and then smoothly explains why it's an even better deal.
