Now listen, if you're not making sales, I can almost guarantee it's your showcase setup.

Most creators get this totally wrong.

Let’s talk about a few strategic tweaks to help maximize your sales during LIVES


Organize your showcase for success

You need to keep in mind that setting up a well-ordered showcase isn’t just about looking neat – it’s about guiding viewers straight to the products you want them to buy.

At the end of the day, it’s all about strategy, not just aesthetics.

Here’s a quick breakdown of Rox’s method, one of our coaches, for arranging your TikTok Shop showcase to make sure each item gets the attention it deserves.

1. Start with Your MVP (Most Valuable Product)

Feature your main product at the top.


The first product in your showcase should be the one you’ll talk about most. It’s your star item – the one you know sells well or the one you’re most excited to highlight.

Putting it first makes it easy for viewers to spot, and keeps it top-of-mind as you engage.

2. Add Some Heat with Flash Deals

Place “Hot Deals” next.


If you have any flash sales or TikTok-labeled “hot deals,” stack them right after your main product.

These limited-time offers can create urgency and keep viewers engaged.

Plus, they’re a great way to increase conversions when TikTok signals they’re in demand.

3. Avoid Sticker Shock

Save high-price items for later in the lineup.


Got a higher-ticket item? Avoid placing it too early.

Positioning expensive items at the top can scare off budget-conscious viewers who might otherwise stick around.

Instead, feature them lower in the lineup if they’re not your main focus.

4. Prioritize by Commission

Your time is valuable, so consider your commissions.


When you’re LIVE, focus on products that reward you best. Put high-commission items toward the top.

For lower-commission items, move them down the lineup, treating them as add-ons rather than primary selling points.

5. Lower-Cost Products Near the Bottom

Finish with low-cost or bonus items.

Lower-cost items make great add-ons, so drop them towards the end of your showcase as a little bonus.

That way, when viewers are already engaged, these lower-priced items are easy to snag.

Order your showcase like you’d organize a menu: start strong, keep it affordable at the top, add the “hot” items, and save those small extras for the end.
