As consumers, we're trained to skip past ads and put our guard up when someone is “trying to sell us something”

But here’s a secret that many of the top TikTok Shop Affiliates use in their skits…

They aren’t selling to you, the viewer.

They are selling to the other character in the skit.

This allows the viewer to put their guard down.

They don’t feel like they’re being sold to.

They’re watching someone else being sold to…

Which in turn makes the view more likely to buy.
