One of our top coaches, Alyssa, shared something BIG on this week’s call with our 25k GMV Club.

It’s something every serious TikTok Shop creator needs to understand:

If what you’re posting stops making money… you need to change it.

Not “after you test a few more videos.”
Not when you feel ready.

Immediately.

Here’s what we want you to take away:

1⃣ If sales drop, that’s not bad luck. It’s feedback.

📉 If views are down…

📉 Conversions are down…

📉 GMV is slowing…

The platform is telling you something.

The worst thing you can do is keep posting the same content and hope it fixes itself.

2⃣ Follow what’s making money, not your comfort zone.

It’s great to enjoy your niche.

But this is a business.

If a category slows down and another one is clearly moving, you need to pay attention to that.

Ask yourself:

🤔 What products are actually converting right now?

🤔 What category is heating up?

🤔 Where is competition low but demand is rising?

That last question is important.

There are always “hidden gem” products that:

💎 Don’t have a million affiliates yet

💎 Are quietly building traction

💎 Have strong conversion potential

The creators who win are constantly looking for those gems.

Not the oversaturated product everyone is posting.

The one just before it explodes…

Want a peek at what’s about to pop without much competition?

3⃣ You are not stuck in one category.

A lot of creators think:
“I started in beauty, so I have to stay in beauty.”
“I’m known for this type of product.”

That’s not how TikTok Shop works.

You can reposition.
You can shift.
You can build momentum in a new category.

The platform responds to what you consistently post, not what you used to post.

4⃣ Speed matters

The creators who are those who notice patterns early and move fast.

TikTok Shop is dynamic. What worked 60 days ago might not work today.

So here’s your simple action step:

If your last 30 days feel slower than they should:

  1. Look at what’s actually selling.

  2. Stop posting what isn’t converting.

  3. Double down on what is — or pivot to where momentum is building.

Treat this like a business, and it will pay you like one.
