Don’t be scared of this

Was doing a bunch of TikTok Shop research today on products I think you should be promoting and I noticed something. 

TL:DR version… Collagen peptide supplements. 15 day cleanse. Hair identifier spray. Vitamin D5 gummies. DIY lymphatic drainage tool.

Nothing new, nothing groundbreaking. But something stood out to me.

The top selling TikTok shop products all have something in common. 

Transformation.

They help consumers achieve a transformation. 

Sleep better. Be less bloated. Snatch your jawline. Boost your energy. 

They take you from A to B.

When you look at affiliate sales — the numbers spoke for themselves. On a platform like TikTok shop…

Transformation + Authenticity = Sales

But… so many of you are missing out on this revenue because you’re scared of getting violations. 

And I get it. One too many, and the TikTok shop train is over.

Violations and supplements go hand in hand, right? Similar to Meta’s strict advertising restrictions, TikTok does not play when it comes to promoting products that have wild claims.

Get it wrong, and it’s a sure fire way to pick up violation points.

But it’s easy to get it right once you understand how to approach them.

You can’t say:

“If you take these sleep supplements you’ll get the best sleep of your life. You’ll wake up feeling like a different person.”

because you can’t guarantee that they will…

But you can say:

"My boyfriend doesn't understand why I have so much more energy.. These sleep gummies did me dirty: I'm getting the best sleep of my life and now I don't want to get out of bed in the morning."

You can guarantee that — it happened to you.

This product transformed your sleep. You can talk about that.

Lean into your own transformation, and do it authentically.
